David’s sales expertise and industry knowledge help drive Deltic Wash Force’s growth by building strong client relationships and providing tailored solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys long walks with his dog.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Rick brings expertise from MacNeil Wash Systems, where he led tech support and CAD site plan design. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pool.
Marilyn Peters
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Marilyn is an essential part of Deltic Wash Force, bringing strong administrative expertise to keep operations organized and running efficiently. Her attention to detail and dedication help support the team’s daily success. Outside of work, she enjoys reading books and spending quality time with her family.
Sue Chappel
MARKETING MANAGER
Sue develops and implements marketing campaigns to promote Deltic's products and services to car wash operators and investors throughout Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, snowshoeing, traveling, and spending time at her summer cottage.
Brianna Martin
PARTS & SERVICE COORDINATOR
Brianna handles parts and service coordination, including managing requests, ordering, shipping, invoicing, stock maintenance, and providing administrative support for technicians. She enjoys going for walks, ATV rides in the woods, cats, puzzles, spending time with her fiancé, and gardening.
Rachel Armstrong
ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT MANAGER
Rachel oversees the project life cycle of new car wash builds, managing everything from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, closure, and post-project evaluation. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, camping, reading books, watching scary movies, and cooking.
Lizzy Gareau
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Lizzy leads the daily financial operations at Deltic, working closely with various departments to support the company's financial health. Outside of work, she enjoys thrift shopping and trying out new recipes for the family.
Emily Gareau
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Emily is responsible for managing marketing and social media at Deltic, as well as supporting other departments as needed. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks, watching movies, and spending time with friends.
John Terpstra
INSTALLATION & SERVICE MANAGER
John is currently serving as the interim Service/Installation Manager (semi-retired), bringing over 40 years of experience in the car wash industry. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and camping.
Robert Baker
REGIONAL MANAGER
Robert is a seasoned expert in sales with a lifelong career specializing in B2B sales. His extensive experience has allowed him to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions for clients. Outside of work, Robert enjoys a variety of hobbies, including music, golf, cinema, and swimming.
Glen Dyke
INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Glen brings over 20 years of experience in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. He also has extensive experience as a Gas Technician and Welding Associate, making him a versatile and skilled addition to the team. Outside of work, Glen enjoys spending time with his family and dog.
Mitch Dennis
INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Mitch is an Electrical Engineer and Programming Specialist who supports the service department with car wash equipment and supplies car wash chemicals. Outside of work, he enjoys dedicating time to his daughter’s busy dance schedule, cheering on the Blue Jays, and spending summers at the cottage fishing and enjoying the water.

Noel is a Senior Service Technician specializing in welding, fabrication, installation, and the mechanical side of car wash systems. Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking, camping, spending time with family, and riding motorcycles, sleds, and dirt bikes.
Jay Spencer
INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Jay brings experience in installation, machinery, and manufacturing. Proficient with mechanical and electrical tools, he is a skilled professional and a valuable addition to the team. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, hockey and spending time with family.
Jeremy Vercide
INSTALLATION & SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Jeremy has expertise in AC and DC electrical systems, control technology, and electrical/mechanical drive technology, allowing him to troubleshoot and maintain complex systems with precision. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, snowboarding, and spending time with family.
